Safety and Security

We at eFarma, have built a solid reputation amongst medical patients and strongly support the use of medical marijuana. We understand the needs of medical patients that may have trouble purchasing their medicine from a dispensary for any number of reasons. We want you to have access to clean, safe cannabis delivered directly to your door. 

You must be over the age of 19 and a Canadian citizen. 

ID is required for age verification to prove you are at least 19 years of age. All ID’s are stored on a secure server with your member info immediately after verification. Information is NOT shared with any third parties. 

Every page, as well as all information exchanged, is guarded by firewall and encrypted to prevent unauthorized access.

Orders

Orders can be paid via interact e-transfer. The e-transfer payment tutorial can be found HERE.

Yes, we have a $100 minimum order amount. There is no maximum amount. However with orders over $500 we will require signature upon delivery.

1. Browse Inventory

  • Determine the products you are interested in purchasing via eFarma.ca

2. Add to Cart

  • Click on the product(s). Select your desired weight, quantity then click “Add to Cart”

3. Checkout

  • Once you are ready to check out, click the cart icon located at the top-right corner of your screen. You will be directed to the View cart page.

3. Enter Discount Code

  • If you have a coupon code, enter the code and click apply. Once you are satisfied with the items in your cart, click on the Proceed to Checkout button.

4. Login or Register 

  • In the Checkout page, you will need to login with your email address and password. If this is your first time ordering with us, you will need to sign up for a free account and then proceed with your order.

5. Payment Instructions

  • For and E-transfer Payment Tutorial, click HERE. Orders only ship after E-transfer has been received.

6. Xpresspost Tracking

  • Once we collect your E-Transfer, your order will be processed and will be shipped that day of, or the following business day. We will email your Xpresspost tracking number as soon as it is available.

Only Canadian residents, with a minimum of 19 years of age can qualify for membership and place orders.

Please include a clear, high resolution image, photo, or scan of a valid Government issued ID that clearly displays your full name and date of birth with your membership application.

Once your ID has been verified, you will receive your membership and your account will be activated. You will then provide your email and choose a password, and an account will be set up for you. CLICK HERE to Register. 

All orders are sent via XpressPost in 2-3 business days. Products are typically received within 2-4 business days after shipping. Rural locations may take an extra day or two.

Shipping

To ensure customer privacy, your order will be discretely packaged and labelled with zero smell or indication of the products inside. We vacuum seal and bubble wrap the contents for maximum discretion, protection, and to seal in the freshness.

Although we do honour orders from Northern Quebec and the NWT, and shipments are sent out with a tracking number, we cannot guarantee delivery due a high rate of package theft. You will be ordering at your own risk, meaning you will not receive a replacement package or refund if your package is lost or stolen.

All orders are sent via XpressPost in 2-3 business days. Products are typically received within 2-4 business days after shipping. Rural locations may take an extra day or two. 

A tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been processed. You can track your order from there.

Orders under $200 are charged a $20 flat rate shipping fee. Order $200+ are shipped FREE of charged.

Orders $500 and over require a signature once the package has arrived at the destination. Please keep in mind that if you register under a mock name and you are picking up from the Canada Post office, you will not be able to pick up your package as they require government ID.

We suggest that you use a mailing address you know is not compromised, is secure, and only you have access to the products that we mail you. On very rare occasions, packages sent in the mail go missing, but that applies to every industry. We will reship packages on occasion as needed, depending on the customer situation.

Returns

All orders and product details are tracked in our database. Any confirmed missing items will be placed in the next order.

Disputes are up to the discretion of the customer service representative at that time.
